College Prefects
Roles and Responsibilities
- To act as good examples to all other pupils in terms of attitude, behaviour, uniform, punctuality and attendance.
- To represent all at the Earl Mortimer College in promoting the good name of the College in and around school and in the community.
- To uphold the college code of conduct and help to see that others do the same.
- To help maintain the smooth running of the school by assuming the following responsibilities:
a) Completing a break time duty according to the Rota, to a high standard by, being punctual and dealing with pupils and adults in a mature manner.
b) Representing the College at events and functions, e.g. Open Day, Parents’ Evenings and College productions.
c) Representing a link between the pupils and staff at the College.
d) Launch year-based initiatives that encourages high participation.
