Conservation Area
Inspirational Outdoor Spaces
We are very lucky here at EMC to have a conservation area located at the bottom of our playing fields. The area is home to many forms of wildlife; including those who live in the pond! We have an orchard area, bridges over the streams that run through the copse of trees and benches for students to sit and work.
Geography, Science, Art and English are regular users of this space for outdoor lessons - using the environment available to us to inform inquiry and also to inspire students creativity.
